Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Reservations and Payments

Reservations can be made through our website using Stripe or PayPal, or in cash on the day of the activity.

A 20% deposit is required at time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if the scheduled appointment is not attended.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the activity to be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

In case of cancellation due to force majeure, absence of the instructor from work or adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be made.

3. Responsibility

The practice of e-skate and e-foil carries certain inherent risks. The customer voluntarily assumes these risks and releases the Company from any liability for damage or injury to himself or others.

The Company has a civil liability insurance policy to cover possible incidents during the activities.

4. Safety and Conduct

The use of safety equipment provided by the Company is mandatory during the activities.

Clients must follow the instructor’s instructions at all times.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
